I came across this site awhile back that claims in six weeks I would be able to do 100 push ups. It even went so far as to promise that even people who can’t do 10 push ups right now would be able to reach that goal. Why push ups you ask? They have an answer.
Push ups are one of the basic and most common exercises for the human body. Push ups are not only great for your chest, but do a tremendous job of defining your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso.
As I have said before, I am a fan of any workout I can do that doesn’t involve any equipment or a lot of room. I haven’t actually gathered the motivation sufficient for starting this program, but it’s a goal I have before the end of the year.
