A Defensive Positional Breakdown

The video below shows what one team could learn about defensive positioning from reviewing footage from their game:

Not all of us may be able to record our games, but if possibile you might try it to see what you can learn. Where filming games is not a possibility, ask you goalie what he sees. His vantage point gives him a unique perspective of the game and he can see things other players can’t.
